Products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, by download link or by access details for web apps. Some web apps may take up to 72 hours to set up, as stated on their product pages.
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are given, except where a product page states otherwise, for example for technical problems accessing a web app.
Subscription products bill automatically at the interval shown on the product page. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future payments. Payments already made are not refunded.
Unless a product page says otherwise, each product is licensed to the buyer and their financial household for personal use. Some products also allow use for others, including paid client work, as stated on their pages. Where a product page sets its own licence terms, those apply.
In all cases, the files, images and app access themselves may not be shared, resold, redistributed or published.
